LEADERSHIP
ANC/LEGAL is a division of ANC Sports and Entertainment, LLC and led by Stephen Austin and Ken Landphere. Ken received his JD from Santa Clara University and is former player agent with Octagon Sports. More recently Ken served as Sr. Associate Athletics Director at Arizona State University. Stephen is former NFL Football Operations executive and current Director of UFL football player evaluation systems and special events.

ANC/LEGAL is now serving as the expert witness and research team for the McGuireWoods and Davis Cedillo law firms in their defense of a multi-million-dollar pro player injury claim against their hospital client.

STEPHEN AUSTIN
Stephen Austin is a former NFL executive where he served in the Department of Football Operations as Director of NFL Combine Properties. Stephen founded the NFL Regional and Super Regional Combines and has acted as a management consultant to the NFL for the Big 12 Conference Pro Day.
Throughout his career, Stephen has evaluated thousands of collegiate and professional football prospects, personally overseeing more than 500 player scouting events for the NFL, XFL, CFL, USFL, and the Alliance of American Football.
Stephen currently serves as the National Director of the UFL Showcase player evaluation series.


KEN LANDPHERE
Ken Landphere received his bachelor's degree from San Jose State University, followed by his JD degree from Santa Clara University. Prior to SJSU, Landphere was a baseball student-athlete at San Diego State University.
From 1987-2001, Ken partnered with Ray Anderson to form AR Sports, representing professional athletes and coaches in the NFL, MLB and NCAA. The duo distinguished themselves in representing minority coaches in football, such as Tony Dungy, Herman Edwards, Dennis Green, Marvin Lewis and Tyrone Willingham. After the acquisition of AR Sports by Octagon, Ken remained with the company for 15 years becoming one of the most prominent and respected agents in the country. At Octagon he first served as Director of the Coaches Division, then Director of the Football Division, and contributed to the Baseball Division.
In 2016, Ken rejoined Ray, who had become the Athletic Director of Arizona State University, as ASU Senior Associate Athletic Director, administrating eight ASU sports, and the Sun Devil Performance Program, which included strength coaches and trainers.
